How to make
- Mix – ½ packet (75 g) pancake mix + 1 tsp (5 ml) oil + ½ cup (120 ml) milk into a smooth batter. Add 1 medium egg for extra protein (optional).
- Pour – Warm a flat pan over medium heat, grease with oil or butter and pour the batter.
- Flip – Cook well on both sides.
- Bitezz! – Serve with honey, fresh fruit, peanut butter or your favourite toppings.
