About us This website (thebitezz.com) is run by The Bitezz, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. "We", "us" and "our" mean The Bitezz. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
- We sell packaged pancake mixes. Each product page lists its ingredients, nutrition information and allergen advice. Please read them before you buy.
- Our mixes contain oats and are made in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, peanuts, sesame seeds and tree nuts. They are not gluten-free.
- Pictures on this website are for representation only. The actual product and serving may look different.
- Follow the storage instructions and best-before date printed on the pack.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- All orders are prepaid through the payment options shown at checkout. We don't offer Cash on Delivery.
- We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation.
- Orders can't be cancelled or changed once they are placed.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Returns and refunds We don't accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement. See our Refund and return policy.

- Don't misuse this website, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, The Bitezz is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
